Your responsbilities will include;

  • Reporting to a Client Relationship Manager, the candidate will be responsible for the operational and staffing aspects of managing a team in a busy and challenging environment.
  • Maintain close contact with Client Relationship Manager, briefing him/her on all issues and problems both actual and potential.
  • Review corporate documentation on processes, procedures and controls and evaluate the continuing effectiveness of these and related systems, initiating remedial action as necessary.
  • Ensure documentation exists for any client-specific procedures.
  • Set and maintain standards of personal and professional performance/behavior;
    Ensuring staff accountability and adherence to company policies and procedures.


Requirements

  • Business Degree
  • 4 years experience in a valuations environment
  • Excellent communications skills
  • High organized and motivated
