You will be responsible for:
- Providing feedback to the Centre / Head Office
- Supporting Ideal store
- Managing Stock in Process and maximising sales
- Providing strong communications
- Engaging and motivating store teams
You will need:
- Strong commercial skills and experience within a competitive trading environment
- A good understanding and experience of space management within a large and small environment
- A creative mind
- To be strategic in your approach to Visual Merchandising
- To work closely with Regional Business Manager to establish, develop and work on the VM strategy
- Drive, energy and persistence
- To have the ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines, re-prioritising as appropriate
You will have:
- At least 2 years experience in a VM role
- Visual display knowledge
- Strong commercial awareness
Salary is €24K
