The ideal candidate will inject energy, passion and best HR practice into supporting our successful business in time of organisational change.
The successful candidate will lead and support the execution of HR site business strategy via application of HR processes and tools throughout our Company. Reporting directly to our Company's MD and Corporate/Country HR, the successful candidate will serve as primary HR contact and support to Plant Manager and Departmental Managers.
Experience of working in a demanding generalist role is a distinct advantage, coupled with a positive "can-do" attitude, excellent charismatic communication skills complemented by a passion for people and Human Resources.
Key Competence Profile
1. 3-5 years experience with National/Global manufacturing environment
2. Previous experience of Excellence Through People, understanding of EH&S and exposure to ISO 9001:2008, 14001 and OHSAS18001
3. Desirably possess a HR accreditation (CIPD)
4. The ability to work on own initiative and handle multiple objectives
