Our client, an independent subsidiary company was founded in 2005 by forecourt owners. They currently deliver fuel to over 60 forecourts throughout Ireland and their target is to brand a new forecourt every month.

As Store manager you are responsible for the following

  • Supervise the station on a day to day basis.
  • Manage the store ensuring consistent achievement of targets, service and profitability margins whilst maintaining store standards.
  • Develop action plans to address any/all issues in relation to sales, training, food safety, health & safety and customer service.
  • Organise and participate in regular stock takes.
  • Order and control all stock.
  • Ensure all safety regulations are abided by.
  • Carry out all staff training to ensure all employees are trained in the relevant procedures. Recruit new staff and manage the staff discipline and grievance procure as laid down in the company policy.
  • Interact with customers to ensure service levels are met.
