Process Technician - Evening Shift
As Process Technician you will support and continue to develop manufacturing processes through troubleshooting and the implementation of process improvements on our client site .
Duties :
Your key responsibilities will include:
- To analyse process, product, material or equipment specifications and performance requirements.
- Process support including trouble shooting of product defects, process issues, identifying equipment functions and faults and equipment adjustment.
- Also support and execute product, process and equipment analysis and improvement projects as requested.
- To Log and report downtime and any quality issues.
- Work as member of a core team to help resolve open issues drive process improvements in design, layout and operational performance.
- Machine design, machine installation, machine maintenance and preventative maintenance and calibration of equipment.
- To provide process support to high volume production lines.
- To demonstrate good working knowledge and application of validation techniques and associated regulatory requirements and use IQ/OQ/PQ process validation
- To evaluate in conjunction with EHS new equipment/processes/chemicals for environmental impact/effect to eliminate or lessen such impacts/effects.
Skills & Qualifications
• Third level qualification in Science or Engineering and at least three years Medical Device industry experience.
• Is an influential team member, fully motivated to achieve and demonstrate best practices in line with the department and site objectives.
