Location:- North Dublin

Salary:- €45-50k

Exp:- 3+ years

Our client is an established multiple retailer with a network food halls and Supermarkets across Ireland are currentely seeking an Assistant Manager to join their expanding team. Our client is a market leader in Fresh Foods and Quality Customer Service .

Key Responsibilities:

  • Day to Day running of large Supermarket
  • Consistently achieve sales targets.
  • Sales team management and training.
  • Achieve applied cost structure.
  • Stock loss prevention.
  • Responsible for department layouts and merchandising standards.
  • Business Development.
  • Retention and expansion of customer base through service level.
  • Control of stock levels.
  • Administration of management information systems.
  • Responsible for store hygiene audits.
  • Fully responsible for day to day running of the store floor.


Skills & Experience:

  • You will have previous experience in retail management at senior level
  • A passion for food retailing, grocery or wholesaling
  • A people person with a commercial edge and a desire to drive your own business category forward.
  • Ambitious, not only for yourself but for your company
