As a Store Manager, you will be accountable for all in store activities, including maximizing profit through well managed operational controls, achieving and exceeding customer service and store standards, and developing your team to their full potential. You will be enthusiastic, you will be instrumental in inspiring and motivating store teams, and is organized and passionate about fashion retail. You must have energy, drive, a good sense of style and excellent communication skills.

Coming from a fast paced, high volume retail management background, you will have the energy and enthusiasm to drive the business forward, whilst maintaining effective communication at all levels with both customers and colleagues. You should have the vision to solve problems creatively, as well as the people skills to enable you to build a solid team.
