We are currently recruiting an experienced Restaurant and Bar Manager for a leading 4* Hotel in Co Galway. We are recruiting a candidate with 2-3 years Food and Beverage Management experience in leading 4* Hotel. Candidates will have detailed knowledge of Financial Management, labour food and Beverage costs and a good knowledge and passion for Wines. As with any head of department role, you will need to lead and develop your team, coach, train and motivate them to assist you in running every service and the department efficiently and effectively.

The Hotel is a Landmark property and we are recruiting a highly motivated and accomplished individual for this progressive opportunity. Successful applicant will most likely have several years experience in high end Leisure style properties in the Irish-International market and will be a proven Business Manager, a successful Team builder and an effective people Manager. You will be smart, articulate, flexible and always ready to go the extra mile to please your guests.

You need to work with and develop the team in place and lead and enhance their performance. Above all we need a candidate who can command and deliver the highest standards of service, organisation, professionalism and guest relations and who with the GM can lead the property forward with passion and vision. Thir role is available immediately.
