Motor claims Analyst / Auditor – ALD RE, Dublin IFSC, Ireland. This is a junior/entry level position. Experience is preferable but not necessary.
Company
Captive motor reinsurance company, operating in 21 countries. ALD is a subsidiary of Societe Generale and is the N°2 European leader in fleet management. ALD International manages over 800K cars for corporate customers in 40 countries.
Reporting structure
Candidate will report to the General Manager of the Reinsurance Company
Manages
Motor claims service providers.
Key measures/Dimensions
· Claims reserving & developments.
· In depth analysis of Motor claims (TPL, Casco and Bodily Injury claims).
· Periodic audits in local claims handlers’ offices (travels in Europe involved).
Main duties/Accountabilities/ Key Performance Indicators
· Monitor and supervise the development of motor claims data.
· Liaise with Accounting and Actuarial departments.
· Conduct audits of claims/processes.
· Deliver reports with recommendations.
Competencies & Qualifications
· Proven interpersonal and communication skills.
· Demonstrates presence and authority. Able to influence and persuade.
· Professional qualification (degree or comparable standard).
· Some motor insurance experience is preferable but not necessary.
Technical skills & knowledge
· Excellent numeric and analytical skills.
· Strong computer skills and knowledge of applications (Advanced Excel, VBA + Access a plus).
· Ability to meet monthly reporting deadlines.
· Self-starter - Able to work on own initiative and bring new concepts.
· Team player who will play an important role as part of a small highly specialised team.
· Knowledge of cross border insurance programs is a plus.
· Language: English. Additional major European language a plus.

· 2 positions are available. There is huge potential for the candidate to develop and expand the role as the Reinsurance Company continues to expand and write into the wider European and International market.
Salary : €30k
