My Client is an Irish owned Life Assurance Company offering protection, savings and investment products designed for the Irish public. Currently they are looking to recruit Self Sales Agents on a full time permanent basis or alternatively there would be a PAYE option available also including a weekly basic wage. Due to expansion of my clients products range they are now looking Sales people in Laois , Offaly , Carlow , tipperary , Kilkenny , Waterford , Wexford and Wicklow.

You will be selling Life assurance , family protection , mortgage protection , personal pensions , company pensions , business protection and Lump sumk Investments

The initial training peroid will be 4 weeks and ongoing from there , my client is offering both a self employed route or PAYE earning option which would include a basic weekly wage .

The successful candidate (s) will have / be :

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Extensive social / business networks
  • Full clean driving licence
  • Good PC skills
  • QFA or commit to achieving the same within 3 years
  • Self motivated with a strong desire to succeed.


Key responsibilities will include:

  • Contact leads and conduct client meetings with intent to creating new business.
  • Using Point of Sale and Servicing Systems to assist clients plan their financial futures
  • Achieving set sales targets & objectives
  • Maintaining and exceeding the highest standards of professionalism and customer service
  • Achieving the income and business objectives in a fully compliant manner.
