A 4* deluxe hotel that is exclusive is seeking to recruit an experienced
RESTAURANT SUPERVISOR
The ideal Candidate will have worked in Hotels of 4* Standard or Upmarket Fine Dining Restaurants. Experience in quality service, customer care is essential. Ideally you will have a good repertoire of foods and menus and a working knowledge of Beverages and Wines.
You will Assist the Manager and deputise and run the Restaurant efficiently and efictively. Mainly responsible for a nix or Lunch and Dinner Services with about 2 splits per week with other days non splits.
The candidate must be well presented, well groomed and a polished individual. Experience at the upper level is essential for this role. International Experience preferred!
