Senior Store Manager Required-

The ambitious individual will come from a high volume turnover retail environment and have a track record of success in driving business performance through people. You should be a strong leader with excellent motivation skills which you can transfer to your team in order to run a successful high turnover store. You should have previous management experience

Requirements:

Have previous retail management experience of 8 years. Have exceptional operational skills and the ability to drive these high standards through your teams. Strong customer service skills. Ability to motivate & develop a team of staff. Sales driven to achieve & exceed targets. Have good interpersonal skills. Strong visual merchandising skills. Commercially aware with the knowledge to achieve competitive advantages for your business. Managing a staff of at least 100. Dealing with a turnover of a least €10 million.

This is a senior role with an excellent (confidential) salary and package included.
