Job Description Reporting to the Head of Sales, your role will involve managing this small but successful branch. You will be required to manage, develop and motivate a team of 6 sales staff in the area of Personal Lines.
Roles/Responsibilities - Manage and motivate existing sales team
- Drive sales growth of the branch through proactively raising the profile of the business in the town, country and surrounding areas.
- Make continuous improvement to the processes in the business where required.
Skills/Experience - Proven background of success in building, managing and motivating a sales team within the financial services, mortgage or banking arena.
Personal Attributes - Outgoing, professional, good communication skills and an ability to influence.
