Our client is looking for a Senior Delivery Manager to lead a very significant Mechanical & Electrical project (including Communications and IT systems) in North Dublin. This role is a 12 month contract with an immediate start.
The Delivery Manager will be the sole point of contact for the construction phase on the project and will be updating other project directors and the client at a very high level.
The Delivery Manager will be responsible in leading and directing 3 x Project Manager 1 x Construction Manager, 1 x Project Planner.
The Delivery Manager will review the project plan against overall construction performance and construct a strategy for progress where necessary
The Delivery Manager will be responsible for the construction against the project plan.
The Candidate
The ideal candidate will have a relevant third level qualification with at least 10 years experience in the construction industry of which at least 5 should be at a senior project management level. Strong M&E technical knowledge is essential. Strong communications skills and strong IT systems knowledge is essential.
