Job Description The Person:
Trades qualified Fitter or Electrician with 5/8+ years of experience in high volume manufacturing (dealing with high speed lines)
Ideally experienced in high speed pack and fill lines from food, drinks, pharma or FMCG industries
4/5+ years of experience in people management roles
Ability to work in a hands on and a coordination capacity
Strong people and communication skills
Pease note that candidates must have previous experience in managerial / supervisory roles. Candidates without such experience will not be considered
Roles/Responsibilities The Role:
The role will involve a mix of hands on (50%) and coordination / supervisory duties and responsibilities
Managing a team of c 8 no. Technicians
Managing a wide variety of continuous improvement projects
Ability to problem solve
Ability to identify efficiency gains and project manage programmes to achieve same
