Accounts Receivable Associate:

  • Accounts Receivable / Collections with German
  • Account reconciliations
  • Resolving customer financial queries
  • Managing overdue payments
  • Receive and resolve discrepancies (bank, business, customer contact)
  • Prepare and dispatch dunning letters/statements
  • Receive and give inputs to initiate legal and insurance action


    • Previous experience:

  • 3 years Accounts Receivable/Collections/Credit Control


    • Skills required:

  • Fluency in German is essential
