Based in Dublin North, our client is currently seeking a bookkeeper to work part-time (2 days).

This role would be suitable for an IATI accounting technician or someone qualified by experience with a bookkeeping background.

Areas of work:

  • Accounts to Trial Balance
  • Maintenance of the creditiors ledger to include inputting of invoices, reconciling supplier statements and issuing payments to suppliers
  • Assisting in issuing monthly invoices and statements to clients;
  • credit Control
  • Payment and inputting of monthly expenses
  • Reconcilation of bank accounts
  • Management of payroll
  • VAT and P30 returns
Candiadte:

  • Accounting technician qualification would be an advantage but is not essential
  • Ability to be self sufficient is important
  • Sage Essential


Salary - €30-40,000 (depending on experience) Pro Rata
