Client Information:
Our client based in Central Asia is currently in the process of Large Scale developments throughout the Central Asia region. They are currently in the process of developing large Educational and Commercial projects in the region and have developed an excellent reputation throughout the region and further a field in the process.
Location: Naryn, Kyrgyz Republic
Description
• Trade Qualification and/or Third Level Qualification in a relevant field.
• 10 – 20 Years Experience.
• Based in Naryn and will report to Project Manager.
• Experience in the construction of educational and residential facilities/buildings including associated civil engineering infrastructure works such as roads, services and water/sewage treatment works.
• Excellent organisation and planning skills together with good written and verbal communication skills are essential requirements.
• Previous experience of working in a CIS country together with proficiency in spoken and/or written Russian would be a distinct advantage.
• Fluent English and Overseas Experience Essential.
• Manage Organise and Control Workforce on Site on a daily basis.
• Monitor quality control.
