HR Generalist: The role of HR Generalist is quite evolved and takes in a number of different elements. It is a key support to the HR Manager. This is a key appointment to the HR team and the right candidate must come from a strong Generalist background.

  • Management of the HR Systems
  • Management of the Compensation & Benefits system with a possible project roll out across Europe.
  • Work in Special projects with the HR Manager
  • Provide Support and advise on HR policies and ensure policies reflect best practice.
  • Update employee records including new starters, mat leave, attendance forms, reference requests etc.
  • Carry out associated pension, medical, long term disability and life assurance benefits administration.
  • Drive the recruitment and selection process.
  • Deal with general queries from employees on a day to day basis and act accordingly.
  • Provide operational support to business leaders on all aspects of HR.
  • Act at senior level in the absence of the HR Manager.
To be considered for the role of HR Generalist you must have worked at this level in a previous role and ideally have a min of 3yrs experience as a HR Generalist. The ideal candidate will have had strong exposure to Compensation & Benefits.

You must be CIPD qualified for this position.
