Oracle DBA Dublin Contract 6 months+

Vantage Resources have a requirement for an Oracle DBA to work on one of their client sites in Dublin City Centre.

You will have previous experience project installing, upgrading, configuring, tuning and managing Oracle database products and Oracle application server products.

Your duties will include

  • Oracle database design
  • Installation and Configuration of Oracle 10g databases and Application Servers
  • Oracle patching
  • Cloning Oracle environments
You will have

  • Previous DBA experience (9i / 10g)
  • Oracle Application Servers (9i / 10g)
  • Experience of standalone configuration and RAC clusters
  • Business objects
  • SQL
  • PL/SQL
  • Experience with UNIX/LINUX based environments
