Location: Based in Russia
Fluent Hungarian or Bulgarian with fluent English & Russian
Salary: $18.00 per hour
Duration: 1 year contract
Working Hours: 11 hours per day (1 hour lunch unpaid), 7 days per week
Rotation : 6 weeks on/4 weeks off (working 11 hours per day)
Accommodation, meals, local transport, medical insurance and flights on rotation provided free of charge.

Job Description incl. responsibilities and tasks
Inspects air-conditioning units to ensure efficient operation.
* Performs regularly scheduled maintenance on heating and cooling units.
* Diagnoses mechanical and electrical malfunctions; installs, replaces or repairs damaged equipment.
* Calibrates thermostatic controls.
* Installs new heating, ventilation and air-conditioning systems.
* Repairs and replaces damaged or worn heating, ventilation and air-
conditioning parts and equipment.
* Replaces low and high pressure liquid lines.
* Inspects and observes pressure of liquids and vapor with instrumentation to ensure efficient operation of units and make necessary adjustments.
* Inspects and services refrigeration equipment including refrigerators, ice
machines, gas packs and heat pumps.
* Maintains the chilled and hot water supply systems.
* Adjusts and maintains internal electrical and electronic control systems; cleans coils and blowers and checks motors and belt tensions.
* Assembles and installs metal ductwork.
* Installation of heating and air-conditioning systems.
* Maintains maintenance records.
Person Specification including core competencies required:
Must have HVAC technical trade qualification such as City & Guilds or Equivalent 2+ years experience working as a HVAC Technician
Must be computer literate
Written and Spoken English required Fluent Russian or Eastern european language a definite advantage
