CHEF DE PARTIE
This hotel is seeking an experienced Chef de Partie that will work and contribute to this fantastic property. Involvement in all areas of the Kitchen from Fine Dining and Banqueting is required.
We are seeking a proactive CDP that will work withe existing brigade in producing tantalising fresh produce to a high standard.
The Head chef is seeking a CDP that has work in quality establishments preferably at 4*/5* level or guide listed restaurants.
Their is an option for live in at this property also as well as live out option.
