CHEF DE PARTIE
This upmarket restaurant is seeking to recruit a dedicated Chef that will enhance the kitchen team.
This is an all Fresh Produce Kitchen where all dishes are sourced and prepared from fresh ingredients.
The ideal candidate will have a mix of Fine Dining, Country House,Contemporary Restaurant or French Brasserie Style experience as a Chef de Partie in a 2AA rosette /Demi/Star Michelin Status or a 4* deluxe or 5* Hotel.
Excellent all round experience is essential. covering starters, salads,vegetables and pastry sections but involved in all areas when required. Excellent Head Chef in place where you will further your knowledge with exquisite menus and dining.
Only seriously interested chefs seeking a high degree and skill of cooking and menus are required for this position!
You will be rewarded with an excellent salary of between €25,000
