A new premises to be open in next few weeks is seeking a
HEAD CHEF.
The premises located approx 20 mins from Limerick City.
We are seeking a Head Chef or experienced Sous with a minimum of 3 years.
Ideally you may have pre opening experience in areas of setting up suppliers, costing analyses, portion control, menu writing, staff training, HACCP, H&S and a cool head.
This is a new venture for our already established client in Catering.
We are seeking a Head Chef that can lead the way, give ideas and suggestions and create consistent wholesome food. A chef that is passionate about consistency and freshness of product. This establishment will offer A Carvery option for lunch and Evening time will consist of a Bistro style operation.
Experience in a similar establishment would be an asset.
We are seeking a chef with previous commitment to previous employers so no fly by night chefs apply! The client is seeking a Chef that can grow with the business and introduce incentive and bonus schemes once established! Its important that you have hands on Kitchen management Skills!
