Factory Manager f or highly automated high volume food manufacturer/exporter. Responsible for quality, production, packaging, stock control, logistics, purchasing and planning.

The Person

Strong production/operations management experience preferably gained in a high volume automated food manufacturing environment.

Experience of being part of a management team running a fully integrated commercial entity with a good appreciaation of the commercial and customer issues.

The person will be bringing strong people and operations management experience. It is also important that he or she has a proven track record of dealing with a customer/commercially driven environment.

People Skills

This is a very high performing environment and requires the person with the people skills with a proven track record in production and production management plus the self awareness and self confidence to be a key member of a high performing team.

Educated to degree level in a relevant area.
