In partnership with its client, Cpl Healthcare is currently seeking an experienced nurse for a permanent Deputy Manager role in the London area.
The Client:
Based just north of London, this beautiful Aged Care facility is close to the city and within a few minutes' walk of public transport. It offers a 56 bedded facility in a beautiful town setting with onsite parking and at close proximity to local shops and amenities. They offer an excellent standard of personalised care committed to enhancing the quality of life of each resident in the comfort of their excellent, top of the range facilities.
Job Responsibilities:
· To be involved in the care planning and assessment in any care service and offer advice to staff
· Management duties
· Lead on the implementation and delivery of the highest standards of care
Job Requirements:
· Registered Nurse with recent experience in the Aged Care sector
· Full NMC registration
· Fluent English and valid work permit essential
· Hours are shift-based
· Salary is in line with Agenda for Change pay rates
