Sales Administrator with fluent Flemish/Dutch required for 15mth Fixed term contract
We are looking for a Sales Administrator, based in Navan, to work with our Belgian and Dutch customers. The successful candidate will work closesly with the Sales and Manufacturing functions. Initially you will be employed on a 15 month contract.
Key Responsibilities:
- Interaction with Dutch and Belgian Clients and Customers by phone and e-mail;
- Assist with administration associated with the sales function, including all paperwork such as order processing, quotations, invoicing and credit control;
- Producing reports for Management;
- Assisting in web based market research;
- Liasing with Production and Despatch to ensure customer requirements are met;
- Assessing customer issues and requirements, building a high degree of customer care and focus;
- Maintaining accurate customer files and information;
Requirements:
- Fluency in Flemish/Dutch is essential;
- A second European language such as German or French would be beneficial;
- Flexibility to travel to the relevant market in Europe and other branches within the Group when required ;
- Third Level Certification
- Ability to communicate and report precisely and accuratly;
- Previous experience within a sales environment is advantageous;
- Excellent organisational, communication and inter personal skills.
