Our Client, a leading High Volume Manufacturing Company requires a Maintenance Technician - Electrical / Machine Control with in-house maintenance department experience .

Duties:

  • Lead technician in the maintenance department with co-coordinator responsibilities.
  • Responsible for the electrical maintenance for the plant facilities. This will include scheduling of contractors to carry out work when required.
  • Responsible for the electrical maintenance of the production facilities in the plant. This will include scheduling of contractors to carry out work when required.
  • Responsible for break down, fault finding and repair for all electrical equipment and facilities in the plant. This will include scheduling of contractors to carry out work when required
  • Responsible for the electrical preventative maintenance orders and feed back to the maintenance administrator to constantly update the PM system.
  • Daily checking of the notifications for maintenance work that have been placed in SAP.
  • Assist in the IT electrical maintenance and repair
  • Problem solving assistance to other maintenance technicians.
  • Problem solving assistance to other production technicians.
  • Assisting process engineers and maintenance administrator in setting the maintenance task lists.
  • Development of maintenance task lists using feed back from PM and notifications.
  • New production equipment input with process engineers for order specification, maintenance standards, spare parts and performance. (OEE).
  • New production equipment will require traveling to the machine supplier and working in their workshop for an agreed period ( approx one week )


Must be trained in machine control

Must have experience of Computer Maintenance Management System - SAP maintenance module
