Some of the activities you will be exposed to include: • document preparation (i.e briefs, general correspondence) • file management • audio typing • diary management • answering incoming calls • assisting with time sheets and end of month billing • organising travel bookings Candidates will be considered for the selection phase on the basis of the following criteria: • 3+ years experience within the litigation or insolvency division of a commercial firm; • Proven ability to work under pressure and to meet deadlines under demanding conditions; • Very good knowledge of MS Office software (including Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel; • Typing speed of 65+ wpm with an accuracy level of 98% is highly desired; • Excellent communication, organisational and interpersonal skills; • Ability to listen, to communicate clearly and to deal helpfully and courteously with people; • Good capacity to focus on priorities, flexibility and punctuality; • Excellent command of spoken and written English; and • Ability to work independently and to take initiatives.
