An excellent opportunity has arisen to join a professional, energetic team. Our client a large, professional company, are looking to hire an experienced personal assistant/administrator to support a busy team.
To be considered for this position you must have 3-5 years PA experience in a large, professional services company!
Role Requirements:
Providing general PA support to senior management
Answering phone calls in a professional and friendly manner
Copy & Audio typing
Meeting and greeting all visitors
Assist all team members with various administrative duties
Maintaining office stationery supplies
Liaising with departments to ensure an efficient and professional service
Selection Criteria:
3-5 years PA experience in a large, professional services company
Excellent Microsoft office proficiency
High standard of professional presentation
Strong work ethic and obliging nature
Follows instructions and uses initiative to add value
Ability to work unsupervised, multi task and meet deadlines
Excellent communication skills both verbal and in writing
Work in a team environment
Our client is offering a fixed term contract. Salary is negotiable depending on experience.
