Title: Staff Nurse - Surgery
Cpl Healthcare in partnership with its client is seeking to recruit a Staff Nurse for a positions based in a reputable hospital in London. This is a full time role working in the area of surgery. Our client is situated in the heart of London's world-renowned medical district and is recognised as one of the best-equipped multi-disciplinary private hospitals in the capital. This 120 bedded hospitals also has a level 3 intensive care unit and HDU on site
This role will involve
· Assess plan and deliver high quality nursing care.
· Demonstrate good clinical practice at all times.
· Promote good communication.
· Supervise and direct junior staff.
· Ensure patient charges are captured.
· Check and report faulty equipment.
· Ensure good nursing documentation.
· Ensure confidentiality at all times.
· Encourage good team working.
The successful candidate should have
· Recognised nursing qualification
· Full registration with the NMC is essential
· 1 year minimum experience working in surgery
· Excellent communication skills and leadership skills are essential
