Helpdesk/Service Desk Analyst required for Immediate Start, Dublin
Vantage Resources urgently requires a Technical Support/Service Desk Analyst to work on a large scale system support project. A three month contract will be on offer in our client’s Dublin based location with a possible option to extend dependent on candidate suitability.
Ideally you will have at least 1 year’s previous experience in a similar helpdesk/service desk role (minimum of 1st level), within a large-scale enterprise based environment. Excellent client facing and communication skills are a pre-requisite. Previous experience in using a help desk call logging system would be advantageous. IT based training/qualifications are a pre-requisite. This is a first rate opportunity to expand your knowledge and experience and work with a dynamic and expanding European client.
