Experience as a Management or Commercial Accountant in a multi product fast paced environment.

Responsibilities:-

 Evaluation and analysis of past promotions and making recommendations based on findings to the business
 Costing of future promotional activity.
 Assisting with the development of the weekly reporting process
 Preparation of ad hoc management information reports for both finance and non finance for decision making purposes
 Preparation of monthly margin figures for management accounts
 Detailed analysis of sales and margins and identifying trends from this
 Work on ad hoc business improvement projects as desired by the business.

Candidate Profile:

 Qualified Accountant – CIMA / ACCA / ACA qualified with 1+ year PQE.Working within a Retail or FMCG environment would be an advantage.
 Strong analytical skills coupled with commercial business awareness.
 Strong minded individual comfortable dealing with all levels of management.
 Strong IT skills especially Excel. (ERP Experience is essential)
 Able to work under extreme time pressure
 Dynamic with demonstrated track record of achievement
 Be a team player but also have ability to use own initiate
 A driven individual who wants to challenge the status quo.
 Strong Communication & Presentation skills
