My Client, a well established Grocery Retailer are currently looking to recruit a Deli Manager for their busy store
The Position: Deli Manager
- Full Responsibility for the day-to-day management of the deli department
- Ensuring that food safety is priority and the responsibility of all staff
- Ensure all labour, stock control, ordering and margins are documented
- Ensure excellence in customer service at all times
- Manage, develop and motivate staff
- Deal with all staff related issues within the department in a professional, efficient and effective manner
The Profile:
- The successful candidate will have a proven track record within a retail environment
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and people management skills
- Ability to train, motivate and develop staff
- Commitment and passion for delivery of excellence in fresh food
- 2-3 years previous Deli management experience
