Customer Logistics Management Representative with German.
This position is being offered on an initial 6 months' contract basis, with the potential of being extended.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing logistics and order management aspects for a specifically assigned customer portfolio and the execution of a world-class supply chain of fulfilment process. The position is located in Dublin.
• Drive customer satisfaction by utilising outstanding communication techniques
• Responsible for all aspects of order management (manual/Business to Business) in line with Sarbanes Oxley legislation (SOX) and corporate guidelines. This includes order scheduling, order changes, expedites, early warnings and initiation of shipments
• Manage forecast rationalisation between customer forecast and inventory pipeline, resolving discrepancies and utilizing data to facilitate internal production planning
• Liaise across operations and sales organisations to support customer requirements and company logistics processes
• Manage and attain company and customer delivery performance, revenue and delinquency reduction goals
• Coordination of customer locations regionally in regard to order management & logistics tasks
• Management of advanced supply chain concepts (e.g. consignment or buffer stocks)
SKILLS/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
• Proven success & experience in Logistics/Customer Service/ Supply Chain Management
• Fluency in English and German
• Experience using MS Office Suite
• Knowledge of SAP ERP applications an advantage
• Excellent communication skills
• Team Player
• Must be willing to travel
• 3rd level qualification in a business or related discipline; Supply Chain/Operations emphasis preferred
