Reporting to the Head of Products
Duties
* Support the Head of Products to Deliver the budgeted profit and growth of the insurance side of their business
* Delivery of product proposition in the marketplace within the context of agreed brand and customer strategy
* Support Delivery of existing product plans and analysing existing business metrics
* Lead the pricing strategy and product design
* Working with Insurance partners to develop and deliver propositions in line with the business plans
* Contribute to the overall creative and Media and PR strategy
* Champion existing products within certain relevant areas of the Bank
* Develop Communication plans
Must have experience in Insurance P&L Management
* Proven Analytical ability
* Strong Financial acumen
* Experience in working with a large number of people across a matrix of business functions
* Commercially aware
* Budget Management
