Position: Scanning Office Assistant
Responsibilities Include:
To ensure smooth running of the shop and maintaining the shop high standards by:
- This position is mainly for scanning office so computer literacy is highly important
- Basic understanding margins, cost price and VAT is an advantage
- Participating in the day-to-day running of the shop
- Use of Musgrave Gold program
- Keep the P.O.S and S.E.L’s updated and merchandised at all times
- Assisting on regular promotions procedures, stock check and stocktaking
- Must be organised with attention to detail and proven follow-up skills
- Excellent customer service at all times
- Operating the till and accurately handling cash
- Receiving deliveries, unpacking and re-shelving stock when needed
- Observe all high levels of hygiene standards
The candidate:
- High level of computer literacy (MS Windows and MS Office)
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluent English
- Minimum 3 years retail experience
- Ability to work in a very busy environment
- Demonstrate enthusiasm, motivation, resilience and drive for achievement, coupled with planning and organisational skills
- A “can do” attitude
- Must have a deep knowledge of retail in FMCG environment
- Available to start immediately and work on weekends and bank holidays when needed
