Roles: Trainee Recruitment Consultants (Locations: Limerick office and Roscrea, Co. Tipperary Office)

We are recruiting for Interns (Trainee Recruitment Consultants) as part of the Government Job Bridge initiative.

Requirements: To qualify you must be unemployed and in receipt of social welfare payments. You will retain your social welfare payment and get an additional €50 p/week from the government, throughout your internship (6 – 9 months)

At the end of the internship, after extensive training here in Frs Recruitment we will offer a permanent job to successful trainees. (As a huge amount of time will be spent training the intern, we are only considering trainees who intend on making a long term career with us in the Recruitment profession and will support interns every step of the way)

Full Training Offered

You will be fully trained in on the recruitment process and mentored by your manager to become a successful recruiter. This is an excellent opportunity to gain real commercial experience dealing with clients, interviewing candidates, business developing Cold Calling, managing key accounts, advertising, sourcing and much more. Recruitment careers are very challenging with a wide variety of duties, no 2 days will be the same.

Requirements:

- Be PC literate, to include sound knowledge of internet, emails and database admin.

- Be a competent administrator / Have good typing skills and attention to detail

- Confident with excellent communication skills, having a natural ability to talk to people & negotiate with people over the phone

- Potential sales ability
