PharmEng is a Process Engineering Company who also specialise in contract and permanent manpower. We are based in Ireland have contract and permanent staff working for us in Ireland, UK, Mainland Europe, Africa and Asia.

PharmEng is currently recruiting a number of QC Analysts:

This position is responsible for carrying out tasks and projects related to equipment, lab
utilities and testing procedures as required by Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP). Partners with other Departments to ensure that all QC testing activities are completed in an efficient manner.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • A third level qualification in a scientific/technical discipline required.
  • A minimum of 2 years experience in a laboratory-testing environment within the pharmaceutical industry.
  • HPLC experienceAnalysis of raw materials, in process and finished product samples in accordance with laboratory schedule
  • Execute analysis of water, cleaning samples and trouble shooting as required.
  • Execute validation studies and transfer studies to ensure equipment, methods and personnel are appropriately qualified.
  • Participation in QC and site projects by representing QC so as to provide an appropriate service to other departments.
  • Participate in the preparation of QC documents including SOPs and specifications.
