We are seeking a field service engineer with at least 3 years’ experience in a technical role. This role is based based mainly in the south east/Cork City area.The successful canditate will be responsible on assisting our support desk technical staff with onsite technical issues and project rollouts

The successful candidate must have the following traits:
· Ability to work under their own initiative
· Ability to take direction, be a team player and work under pressure
· Excellent Time Management and Communication Skills
· ideally hold a full clean Irish driver’s license
· Driven and ambitious to learn and develop skills


Field Service Engineer Key Duties and Responsibilities:
· Provide both onsite and remote support to our clients which may include, Servers, PCs, Printers, Firewalls, Network Switches/Routers, IP Phone systems and end user queries.
· Ensuring Client Site Documentation is valid and current
· Completing Service reports and time sheets on time as per company procedures
· Escalating site issues to the relevant personnel and working within the team
· Additional ad-hoc duties

Technical Requirements:
· Experience of LAN\WAN Technologies a distinct advantage
· Firewall Security experience a distinct advantage
· Server and Desktop support
· Microsoft Windows experience
· Further training / certification is encouraged and support given
