FRENCH RICH MEDIA TECHNICAL CUSTOMER S
â€˘Provide technical email and phone support to European customers for Rich Media Campaigns.
â€˘Produce creative template based flash content from supplied assets
â€˘Provide Rich Media support for building internal tools to scale the business
â€˘Work closely with Media Campaigns managers to trouble shoot and launch campaigns.
â€˘You will provide a high level of support in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring outstanding levels of customer service to worldwide users.
â€˘Working as part of a team, you will be required to achieve both individual and team goals.
â€˘You will liaise with your Team Manager on a daily basis, helping to work to service level agreements as defined.
â€˘You will possess excellent IT Skills & a passion for technology!
â€˘Knowledge of online advertising and digital technology preferredÂ
â€˘2+years of Flash AS2 and AS3 experience
â€˘Ability to code, investigate and trouble-shoot in Flash AS3 and AS2
â€˘Ability to take difficult complex concepts and explain in basic, easy to understand terms.
â€˘Excellent communication skills with a proactive and positive approach to tasksÂ
â€˘Â An effective team player, you will be able to work independently as well as managing projects as per your Team Manager
â€˘You will have a proven ability to deal with problems and solve them effectively
â€˘Strong multi-tasking with excellent time management skills
â€˘Â Fluent English and one of the following:
Â Â Â Â Â -French/Italian/Spanish/German is essential!
