Our client is a global, online media business and the mission of this role is to establish and launch a new regional sales call-centre in a large, tier-two city in China. We need to hire an experienced, ambitious Call-centre manager who has previous proven success in managing high volume sales teams (more than 60 people) in a B2B environment. You must have a demonstrable track record of improving the profitability and value of an operation through expertise in contact centre / telesales industry concepts, practices and procedures. You will have an entrepreneurial spirit with an ability to work on his/her own initiative and possess exceptional interpersonal skills and drive.

Our client is offering an exceptional package, in return for a candidate with an entrepreneurial attitude, ambition and the desire to succeed. This is a hugely tax efficient role, and the right candidate will receive up to 90% of a 70-80K salary + relocation expenses + quarterly bonus scheme, along with 2 flights home per annum. Full support of a globally trading company with extensive pervious experience in similar ventures.
To Be Considered:
- Have previous experience in managing a high-volume call centre Call Centre.
- 10 years commercial experience, including a minimum of 5 years experience in a similar environment at a senior management level.
- Relish the prospect of relocating toChinaand committing to a role for 2-3 years, and be available to commit to this change.
