Supplier Quality Engineer required by our client, a leading medical device/pharmaceutical multi-national. Our client is a key player and one of the Top companies to work for in Ireland. You should be a dynamic individual with excellent communication skills and a proven ability to do this job. The successful applicant could commute from Tipperary, Kilkenny, Waterford or East Cork.

Duties will include:

• Support production through driving inprovement and corrective action in the quality of components sourced from internal and external suppliers.
• Provide Technical support in the selection of suppliers; monitoring of supplier performance and ensuring that inspection criteria are set up for new components.
• Candidate should have a strong process orientation , be able to multi-task to aggressive schedules.

Requirements:

• Technical/Engineering Degree plus 3-5 years work experience in a manufacturing enviroment.
• Experience in Medical Device/Pharma Industry would be advantageous.
