Auctioneering firm O’Connor Murphy has announced four new appointments following its recent commercial property partnership with QRE Real Estate Advisers.
Méabh Tobin and Hazel Noone have joined the Limerick-based firm’s marketing department. Riona Coleman is based in the company’s Cork office in residential sales. David Clancy has joined as commercial director of QRE South West.
“I am delighted to welcome our four new members of staff who are joining at an exciting time for the company and the commercial property sector,” said Michael O’Connor, director.
“Our partnership with QRE will deliver property services in Limerick, Cork and Galway. Services will include rent reviews, valuations, lease renewals and restructuring for both landlords and tenants.
“QRE have had a huge impact on the commercial real estate landscape over the past five years, while we have a record of innovation in the country’s secondary cities amassed over the past 30 years,” said Mr O’Connor.
QRE advises institutions, corporations, developers and private investors. It specialises in the sale of assets in the €1m-€20m bracket.
