The Job:
Working closely with Financial Controller & wider operations & administration team, this is a broad based Accounts Assistant role & you will take an active part across all aspects of accounts & financial administration in a busy commercial office environment.
More specifically you will be tasked with covering duties including AP & AR invoicing & query resolution, reconciling supplier accounts & setting up new vendors, handling banking activities, resolving PO discrepancies, supporting project & change implementation & assisting the financial controller with their duties.
Your Skills/Experience that we need:
- 3rd level degree qualified ideally in a relevant discipline.
- 2-3+ years experience ideally gained in a broad based accounts administration role.
- Excellent interpersonal skills & ability to interact with colleagues & stakeholders at all levels.
- Excellent IT skills including a high level of ability in all Microsoft applications especially MS Excel.
The Offer:
This position is being offered as a permanent role with salary depending on skills & experience but is expected to range between 35k to 40k approx.
This role will be fully office based in the company's office in Limerick city centre.
Candidates holding restricted visas or requiring sponsorship will not be considered.
