• Create, update, and review system-related documentation such as SOPs, Work Instructions, Configuration Specifications, Validation documents, and support playbooks.

• Support audits and inspections (internal, regulatory, corporate) by providing system evidence, audit trails, access logs, validation documentation, and system overviews.

• Ensure adherence to GMP, Data Integrity, Cybersecurity, and IT Quality policies across all supported lab applications.

• Work closely with laboratory users to understand workflows, provide training, user guidance, and ongoing system optimization.

• Engage with vendors and service providers for issue resolution, enhancement requests, and system lifecycle management.

• Participate in lab digitalization, system improvement, and IT / Labs roadmap initiatives as required.

• Any other duties assigned by IT Management.

The Skills You Have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a Science-related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.

• Experience (or strong willingness to learn) application support in a laboratory or regulated manufacturing environment (Pharma, Biotech, Medical Devices, Food, or similar).

• Hands-on exposure to one or more laboratory systems such as LIMS, Empower, Caliber, FTIR, UV software, RF Smart or similar lab applications.

• Basic to intermediate understanding of SQL databases, including exposure to backups, restores, queries, and database support concepts.

• Working knowledge of GMP, GxP systems, Data Integrity principles (ALCOA+), and regulated IT environments.

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze system issues across applications, infrastructure, and integrations.

• Ability to produce clear, structured technical and quality documentation.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with laboratory users, Quality, IT teams, and vendors.

• Good organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, regulated environment.

• High attention to detail and a proactive, service-oriented mindset.
