• Participate in change management activities, including impact assessments, risk evaluations, approvals, implementation, and documentation in accordance with ITIL and GMP requirements.
• Support validation and compliance activities by providing infrastructure documentation, evidence, system inventories, and audit support for HPRA, FDA, and corporate inspections.
• Maintain accurate and current documentation including network diagrams, server inventories, SOPs, work instructions, and configuration records.
• Identify infrastructure risks, recurring incidents, and improvement opportunities, contributing to problem management and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support system upgrades, go-live events, and project activities by providing infrastructure and network expertise.
• Work with vendors and service providers to ensure infrastructure systems operate reliably throughout their lifecycle.
• Promote a culture of safety awareness, compliance, continuous improvement, and open communication within IT operations.
• Any other duties assigned by IT Management.
