Client Support Executive - Marketing Graduate

Our client, a highly successful Irish technology organisation are now, due to a significant increase in business levels, looking to expand their Limerick city centre based operation & have engaged with us in Cpl to hire a recent graduate Client Support Executive to join their energetic and enthusiastic team.

The Job:

As a key part of the client support & operations team, you will primarily be responsible for supporting corporate & commercial clients with their needs, planning client events & launches, supporting the roll-out of the product, demonstrating technical capabilities to new customers & resolving queries/issues from the existing client base.

In addition to the above duties you will also troubleshoot new projects, support engagement campaigns, report on competitor/market activities, assist the design teams with customer journey planning & support other relevant projects across the organisation.

Your Skills & Experience that we need:

·      3rd level degree qualified ideally in business studies, marketing or a related discipline. 

·      A relevant co-op/college placement or relevant work experience would be a major advantage.

·      Strong IT systems ability along with high level written & verbal communication skills.

·      Excellent interpersonal skills & ability to engage directly with clients.

·      Ability to self-manage & take ownership of your deadlines.

The Offer:

Base salary is depending on experience/qualifications but expected to be approx. 33-35k with additional benefits, bonus & paid car parking on top.

This role is fully office based in Limerick City centre.

Candidates without the relevant visa/work permit or eligibility to work permanently in Ireland will not be considered.
