Our client, a long established & highly reputable supplier of key products & services to the medical/healthcare sectors globally, are now expanding their team here in Limerick & have engaged with us in Cpl to help them recruit a German speaking Client Services Executive to join the finance team on a permanent basis.

The Job:

As a key part of the client services team team & reporting directly to the Operations Manager, you will be a tasked with duties ranging across all aspects of customer & client services in a fast paced, commercially focused office environment.

More specifically this will include providing daily support to clients in both German & English speaking markets, processing incoming client orders & sales quotation requests, resolving complex product & service queries, liaising on product delivery schedules with logistics colleagues, supporting marketing & brand activation activities in your territories, updating stock/inventory listings & supporting management teams with their departmental needs & projects.

Your Skills & Experience that we need:

• 3rd level degree qualified in a relevant discipline ideally
• Fully fluent ability in both German & English languages.
• 2-3+ years experience ideally in a similar level client services or order/account manager role.
• Fully proficient with IT & reporting tools.
• Excellent interpersonal & organisational skills.

The Offer:

The role will be offered as a permanent position with starting salary depending on experience but expected to range approx. 40-45k + pension & annual bonus.

This role can be either office based or a hybrid mix depending on candidate preferences so could suit people outside of the immediate Limerick region.
