HR Recruitment Officer

Role Summary Working within a global engineering and contruction business you will contribute to the continued growth of the organisation. As part of a busy HR team and along side another recruiter, you will ensure the effective delivery of the recruitment process to the company.

  • Management of the 360 Full Lifecycle of the recruitment process
  • Liaising with hiring managers on recruitment requirements and needs analysis
  • Recruitment Advertising using various recruitment websites
  • Attending Colleges and Universities to recruit Graduates for the Graduate Program
  • Evaluates applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers
  • Liaising and assisting with new employees when relocating to projects in Ireland, the UK and Europe
  • Ensure each new start has the relevant training and Health & Safety requirements completed
  • Liaise with site administration, where necessary, to book a new recruit onto the site induction
  • Assisting with recruitment fairs / open days
  • Updating job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities and courses; reading professional publications and maintaining personal networks
  • Liaise and work within HR department on HR related issues
Skills and experience

  • Technical, Engineering, Construction Recruitment experience and market knowledge from agency, onsite or in-house
  • Self-motivated with experience in using recruitment software and portals
  • Ability to prioritise is essential as you will manage a number of open vacancies at any one time
  • 5 years' experience
